The centuries old tradition of fine woodworking was passed on to Doug through a nine year apprenticeship with a world class furniture maker. He carries on a time honored tradition of creating living objects that bring a life to the quality of past generations.

To provide practical, heirloom quality furnishings worthy of the admiration of our forefathers. Furniture to last many generations, built with the same spirit of pride and attention to detail which forged our great nation.
Who We Are
Douglas Martin Fine Woodworking is the husband and wife team of Douglas and Erin Martin. Doug is a native of Vermont, raised in Killington, the heart of Vermont's ski country. From our family operated shop nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Douglas Martin invites you to explore the rich world of fine hand crafted furniture.
